According to SFV Media, on Labor Day Monday September 3, 2018, a women was struck and killed by a power boat while she was operating her kayak in Marina Del Rey. The accident occurred at around 1 P.M., near the South Jetty area. While authorities did not consider the accident a crime at the time of the incident, an investigation is still pending. As an investigation is pending, authorities will seek more information.
